- From the south: A23 motorway to Heide, B5 to Husum, Bredstedt, Ockholm, then Schlüttsiel.
From the north: A7 motorway to Flensburg, L199 to Leck, B5 to Risum-Lindholm, head towards Dagebüll, then Schlüttsiel.
- From Dagebüll along the dyke or via the Sönke-Nissen-Koog polder. If you really want to go for it, there’s also the 6,000 km North Sea Coast Cycle Path that will take you to SIEL59.
